I never really thought they would. I find it interesting, as a logical person, that the Broncos (and sports teams in general) so often fall into the sunk-cost fallacy.

I know it's a bit more complicated than that, in that there are fans and sponsors. But the Broncos would need to win 7-8 out of the 9 remaining games to make the bottom of the 8, and they're really up against it this weekend with so many out.
