2020 State of Origin Series

This is like watching the knights play, boring one out hit ups all game.
Haha the chant new south wales sounds awfully similar to new-ca-stle. I agree. Tried the play conservative when all the players you have are attacking ones. I think Freddy got the team selections wrong by picking guys out of position. We never deserved to win that game.

Graham should be first backrower picked off we are being serious and he isn’t injured.

Haas will get in because of media hype. He is overrated and a stat merchant.

Really proved how overrated he is. Haas is so sh*t. Shouldn’t even be in NSW 3rd best side let alone their top 17.

Haas and Paulo had shockers, Cody Walker played like he plays Club games, brilliant in one not seen in next, was the Foxx fit and even Jake seemed a little down on his usual game but he did have to make 54 tackles.

Great to see Edrick get a try.

And Arrow snatched 'grub of the night' award from Munster pushing Teddie's head into the ground whilst down and out from Pappa's knee.

Haas and the eels forwards were not seen all night. Absolutely dominated in the middle still cant believe they didn't pick Klemmer he is so much better than all these blokes. Dan not as strong as past few games but he was the only one making at impact and bending the line. Stoked to have Frizzel here next year he was good in a beaten team and tried hard all night, one of the few that actually puts pressure on the kickers.

Was only one stand out forward for us last night and that was Crichton. The rest were badly beaten and slowed down to f*ck in the play the balls.

To see Teddy rag dolled while knocked out and none of them react and at least get a square up on Arrow... disgusting!

Cleary, Cook and Walker were all anonymous because of the forward pack being embarrassed and played on Queenslands packs terms.

Paulo did **** all all series except some offloads, soo 1 Dsaf had more post contact metres than he had run metres. Jake can’t just be a tackling machine if he’s going to play that role he had to be putting others into space don’t recall any outside inside plays with Teddy off his or anyone’s hip all series.

This is what got me. If that happens in any other era it's an all in brawl. To not even flinch says something. Not even Crichton his roosters team mate did a thing. You'd expect him to at least have a go.

Surely Dan you don't think this crap SOO is fair dinkum do you?

Even the scheduling is rotten to the core. 2021 you can bet your last buck the red necks get two home games, 1 and 3. 2020 NSW turn for two home games but the NRL takes the game to Adelaide as a showcase. 2019 red necks two home games of course. 2018 one NSW home game to Melbourne to promote the code.

My money is on 2022 one NSW home game will go either to NZ or Perth.

Dan Saifiti got one of the coaches awards. Cleary got the one from Fittler, and Dan got the one voted on by all the coaches for SOO spirit or some guff.

Scheduling played no part in that series defeat. The Storm/Roosters could of beat that QLD side.

Pathetic from NSW especially in the forwards.

@member 2299 It's been that way for bloody too long. It's fine to promote the game but we also have to adapt to change. Saifiti was the only forward worth feeding. Great for us. It's on Freddy picking blokes out of position for mine. Gutherson, wighton all perfect examples. Tupou didn't deserve to be there imo. He isn't a rep player but a great clubman.

If you’re talking game 3 then Crichton was by far and away NSW best forward.

Over the duration of the series DSaf was the more consistent overall.

Freddie on the radio this morning says he didn't pick klem because the knights were sliding toward the end of the year.......hmm just digging himself a hole. Why pick Haas then you flog.

Klem is and will be a premier front rower for a number of years. Pick them on individual stats and talent not a teams. He just lost a little respect from me.
