2019 Jersey Flegg Cup

Cronulla are down 26-0 with 30 minutes to go, so unless they have a massive turnaround we should pick up 2 points against the ladder leaders and only be 4 points behind.

40-4 - Dylan Lucas scored his 3rd - maybe centre is a good position for him. 12 minutes to go.

Knights second row Ben Talty and Manly winger both in the sin bin for the last 5 minutes.

Ben Talty returned from a HIA on 63 minutes and was sent to the sin bin on 65 minutes - he might have found the guy who got him high maybe.

50-8 final score.
Winger Elijah Rasiga scored the last try. Searle kicked 8 from 9.

We move to second, but will probably go back to 3rd after the Roosters play tomorrow.

Huth, Hoy, Croker and Crossland have been named in the NSW under 20s.
Crossland is number 20 in the squad and is named a year young for this grade, so he probably won't get a game.
Croker and Huth have now made rep sides in every junior grade, but this is Hoy's first rep side.

1. Grant Anderson,
2. Elijah Rasiga,
3. Jack Smith,

8. Jack Cameron,
9. Luke Huth,
10. Daniel Ticehurst,

With Lino and Crossland both a good chance to go back to reserve grade, Searle and Lucas could come into this side.
It's a fantastic forward pack. I think they'd give our reserve grade pack a decent run for their money.
Penrith beat us in round 2 after running in 3 lucky tries in the first 15 minutes and holding on to win by 1 try in the end.
I hope we get Searle and Lucas in and put together a really strong side.
Penrith knocked us out of the finals last year and both their last 2 wins over us were undeserved I thought.
