Not sure why you would take Ponga off after about 20 minutes. Really blunted their attack.

He has been pretty quiet but cant judge him on this performance, new team thrown together, no cohesion.

Ramien a gun but we knew that already.

Levi done well, had a barge over when he looked up and no-one their putting their hand up for the ball, and the other is classic Levi exposing an off side defender who should have been sin binned.

Levi there again exposing off side marker. Ponga flat ball close to the line cut out pass to centre/wing, he is really going to have to watch that, it's a bit predictable.

They said some players are on time restrictions. I assume Ponga is one of them.

I heard that, I assume that meant by their club coaches?

If so I dont understand that, they are fit to play or not. It isn't a trial. I'm happy for Ponga to not be on field all game but it detracts from the spectacle form mine.

I think Ponga has struggled at 5/8 in this game. Rocks and diamonds. I’m reserving judgement but would give him a 6/10 at very best.

You can see the class was there but wasn't great. I think he will look a lot better next to Pearce.

Ponga will definently look a lot better next to Pearce. His limited minutes and Smith not passing him the ball didnt help either.

    Levi had a great game.
Ramien was awesome. I think he even played a bit of back row.

Ponga just early season rust I think.
He had 1 or 2 simple errors a game last year, but 5 or 6 in this game.
On the plus side, his defence was pretty good.
In time he'll get the errors out of his game.

Levi looked very sharp. Made Smith look like a plodder actually.

Ramien's kick ahead for the try assist was either very good or very lucky.

he has to get out of the habit of making first contact low.

Ponga was laughable in attack just tried to do too much. Other 2 we're good without being great.
