Very unreliable source but interesting. 900K is OTT for Scott or anyone outside the spine. I'd consider it for a younger player like Aaron Woods ......

Scott is finished. He was done as off last year, his impact at origin level was noticeably reduced from just 12 months earlier. Another 12 months won't help. And then he begins a 3 year deal?

900k plus a small amount is enough to poach Taumololo on a 3-4 year deal. Or 900k for an Aaron Woods

There's no possible way Brown is that desperate. He's shown no signs, at all, of desperation at any point. I can't see why he'd start now when the ball is beginning to fall into his court
