Pearce would be an awesome buy. A tough competitor that will take the ball to the line and engage defenders. He's also great at organising a side and that's what the Knights need.

Jennings would be awesome, too. It's pretty clear we're lacking a strike right centre that can work well with Aku.

Doggies should be announcing Dean Whare from Many any day now and still in talks with the Wolfman......very interested in Jennings and massive chance though it will cost 500k before June 30

Kasiano going nowhere....stagg in talks to extend....halatau wants to stay but depends if They get TREX from manly

Manly trying to offload brent kite and one more player to fit in TREX as Ballin gone and so to will be wolfman and Whare

Jorge Taufau attracting alot of interest from other clubs as well and they want to keep him

Trex far from done and dusted Dogs had Foran over the line until manly came in with late offer and trumped them they are trying to do the same with TREX....If Dogs don't get him expect Dogs to sign Sika Manu from the Storm

Most of the off contract players at the dogs will be gone, hasler still undecided on keating and may keep him as Romelo rumored to be going to manly next year....keating to cover ennis and halves

Big shock will be the likely loss of Tauapu to dragons or the knights or panthers

I'd rather Jennings over Pearce. But if we had both at the club I wouldn't complain even though I'm not a Pearce fan. We won't get them anyway. They'd never sign. Plus we wouldn't afford it?
 
Are we actually thinking Pearce is going to come here...? Like honestly... If we sign Pearce or even Jennings for that matter, I will flash my bits to our joke of a Prime Minister, Julia Gillard.

There's nothing to suggest we won't though. It's no longer the days we have to pay overs for half decent players anymore. It's well known now that Bennett will be letting go of some players this year and I'd say he will be looking to recruit some players for next year. I think another prop will be his target, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him look for another half, or a strike centre as well.

I'd say a good 40-50% of our roster will be getting cut for next year so why is Pearce and Jennings too far out of the question?
 
How do you figure its like saying Billy Slater's going to Parramatta :confused:

Do you think they won't leave their clubs in the first place or do you think we won't sign them for whatever reason?
