Jeeeez turbo cannot defend on the wing..

I reckon alot of this game would've been different if Cook Islands could have held their lead just a little longer but the score got away from them too quickly. Even 28-16 isn't that far a stretch but they just don't have the fitness to go with them without having some extra motivation by the...

The only way we grow the international game outside of the Southern Hemisphere is by allowing players to fully open up their heritage for the World Cup only. I.e. someone like say Jamal Fogarty who's arguably one of the better halves in the comp but won't get a look in for any of the top 6...

PNG are well up for this. I think the only concern is their fitness, need to turn over more points because the NRL regular Samoan side will come home with a wet sail.

Lebanon really digging their heels in tonight. Still think it'll be a second half blowout but they've put in quite the effort.

He wouldn't survive a day coaching in the Penrith system

Brendan Elliott

Enormous gap in quality between some of these nations at the women's World cup. Closest game decided by 6 points, the next closest decided by 40...

I went Prelim and GF too. The sheer euphoria of Sandon's intercept try is like nothing I've ever experienced in my life, following that with being up 12-0 just before half-time and thinking holy smokes we're actually going to do it in the GF. By far the best fortnight of rugby league I've ever...

Broncos had quite a few injuries to outside backs so I wouldn't be surprised to see him get a run.

Fletcher Hunt thinks he's Jsaf*

Have really never bought into the hype around him. I think he's just okay - but Cronulla fans seem to think he's some elite level prospect which I've just never seen.

Almost immediately eating these words. Cook Islands look hopeless with ball in hand.

Cook Islands rank outsiders but for some reason I feel they could pull something off here. Karmichael Hunt speaking pre game looked calm, they have a fairly athletic squad with some experience sprinkled through, and when these Pacific Island nations take the field they elevate to another level.

Ponga almost delivered a premiership off the back of blokes who wouldn't get a look in at the Roosters, Panthers, Warriors. A strong forward pack certainly lays the platform but get the team in winning positions with our edge to edge play style and Brown/Ponga will deliver in big moments.

Marzhew hard done by, think he's stacks better than Mariner

Has anyone tried these NRL Browser games? https://1000tries.com.au/ https://27-0.thecastpatrol.com.au/ Both super addictive, they have RLWC modes too and I'm hooked on both 😂. Am I the only one here or has anyone else cracked the 1k?

Man, almost a week on and I'm still caught up in the what ifs. Doesn't help that my TikTok algorithm is nothing but Knights and Rugby League ATM. I honestly believe we got to live one of the most inspiring times in recent sporting history, maybe I'm a little biased because I don't have a...

I reckon barring injury Kalyn is a shoe-in for the Golden Boot. First tournament for NZ, star studded forward pack and a Kiwis side without Brown means he's probably going to do the bulk of the playmaking, and I wouldn't be too surprised to see them adapt a similar setup to Newcastle. (Ponga...
