NRL Round 8 - Knights Vs Panthers - 2:00pm Sunday, 26st April - McDonald Jones Stadium

I think Schiller will help us be more of a threat in attack down the left. Marzhew puts all of his energy into carries, and sometimes we have missed a couple of half chances because he is 5-10m behind the play.

I smell a upset
If get me, man, me too. I had this weird upset feeling last year when we beat Manly and phins but not last two weeks.

Something about this week, sold out, injury plagued but Saf and Mooney have big games and Manu, Schiller and Sharpe have big games.

Guess we’ll see.

It’s still difficult to be super confident about this team at this stage. It doesn’t help we have 6 of our regular 17 out.

Someone mentioned before the last time we an extended period without mass injuries, we went on the 10 game run in 23.

Me too! Hope springs eternal!

Someone sent me the link to this video during the week, and it also made me think Dom is in for a big one, since the guy also looks sorta similar! It’s a sign! #DomOfTheYear

… also, things escalate quickly in the US lol

Not sure how some feel confident about today's game, I honestly think it's one that we keep with them for 60 mins and then they get a few trys to beat us.

I can also see it going another way where Panthers put 50 on us.....it's an emotional rollercoaster

In all seriousness, who here has an explanation for why the Knights are likely to get absolutely trampled through the ruck today? We're missing an edge backrower and a bench forward. Panthers are missing their hooker, an edge and a middle.

The Broncos fielded a team of no name Cup players and kids and thrashed the Dogs.

If we're so desperately short of forwards how long are we planning on giving it until things improve? Seems a fairly critical issue if you cannot win a game without a full strength forward pack

I'm not confident at all. I don't think we'll lose 50+ but I do think it will be something like 36-10 Penrith.

I'm praying I'm wrong though.
