Buzz has retired

Never thought i would see the man retire, I always thought Buzz would die writing a peice about some conspiracy that had no evidence to back it
 
Came in to sports journalism a loser incorrectly accusing Gus of playing a role in Ricky getting sacked from the Roosters which then let to him withdrawing it after being faced with a defamation lawsuit and leaves a loser with Madge humiliating him by winning a Premiership with the Broncos. Once a loser always a loser

The only people who care or acknowledge their contributions are their colleagues which is all you really need to know…

No fanfare or gratitude from clubs and players lol

I hate speaking ill of the dead but Bec Wilson was another who fitted above - her and James "Drunk" Hooper stalking the Mannah family after Jon passed away was one of the worst things I've ever seen.

And LOL's too Paul "I'll fight a tree" Kent. - The irony after him being merciless towards players over anything real or imagined.
 
I see Paul Kent has throat cancer which is very sad. The amount of beer he put away on the night of that tree incident was crazy. If he did that regularly then that would have likely been a pretty big factor in the cancer.

Good reminder to not go overboard on the beersies.
 
We got rid of James Hooper, Paul Kent and Buzz gone, which is a good start, old school boys club guard being phased out…
They’ll probably replace him with some flog like Brent Read or Bullfrog.
Maybe we’ll get someone who’s slightly less of a flog like Riccio

Kieran Foran was harassing her while she was sick for her role in unnecessarily stalking his personal stuff. Made me respect him even more.

No sympathy from me for people who earn a living kicking those while they are down.
If you can’t take the kick back then don’t fish it out.
Seems like many journalists can’t take it when they can dish it out so that garners no sympathy from me.
 
Buzz was a colourful character and far from the worst NRL journo (better Buzz than more time on NRL360 for Bulldog or Crawls). At least he'd call out guys like Gus and Braith over the conflicts of interest. And even as a bit of a leftie I did laugh at the heads he made explode when he named a horse (Winx?) the sports woman of the year.
