Schiller and Arthur definitely the two id be trying to get deals elsewhere. Both from the old regime and on a reported $300k+.
Not sure who would take them? Maybe Perth? But would they want to go? Maybe if they got an extra year or two on their deals.

Saulo and McCarthy also off contract in 2027. Arthur, Schiller, Hola and Kepoa definitely gone. Esl and McCarthy would have to bang down the door for first grade over the preseason to be kept. Graham probably needs Crossland to transition to 13 to stay. Hunt I would definitely keep but POS thinks otherwise. JSaf and Crokes would need to be at the right price. Hagan and Winter will definitely be in the top 30 for 2028. I'd suggest Rostron will be in there too if he stays. There are a raft of others too who will come up from the juniors, just depends on whether 28 is too soon. Nonu, Butler and Mulherin would have to be VERY close be 28.

He’ll take Jones role this year. If/when we get multiple middles out he’ll be handy to have. Would like to expect Elijah to take Cant’s position next season too. Can play middle and edge and has more impact with runs.

Winter, Hagan and Latu have already been announced as joining the Top 30 in 2028.

Nah he'll be in the exact same place on the depth chart in 2027 because Niukore is coming. Everything going well he'll end his Knights career with 13 minutes of first grade.

The question was about 2028 anyway, no way should he be re-signed.
 
Latu had a fantastic game in Flegg mid season and I thought it must have been him trying to get a contract somewhere, and he wasn't named in any side for us for ages, but has been back in Flegg for a month or so.

I hope they can do it, Frizell is one of my most favourite players of all time and not just for the Knights. I actually got his name on my first ever jersey that i bought.
