Knights Injury and Suspension Updates

If Mooney is out, I would start Saulo with Hopwood. Saulo had abit of punch on the weekend, looks like he may have worked on his running style on impact.
Saulo played a total of 13 mins despite us losing Saf after 12 mins and Mooney playing 24 not quite the stats you want to start

I think we have to expect the worst, Brown, Lucas out injured, J Saf suspended, very doubtful are Mooney and Manu.
Likely playing a semi away rather than at home and nsw cup side to play this week weakened even further by injuries to firsts as well as some of the better performers out such as Gamble, Schiller, Arthur.
A true test for both 1sts and Cup and selectors, coaches trying to pick the best way to go.
Sad for all involved but am sure the effort will be full on and both our sides will perform well

Could go crossland to 13 and put croker in the prop rotation.
If Crossland is fit he plays 9 with Graham on bench. Happy with Croker at 13 with a weeks rest not a prop.
If Mooney along with Saf is out our prop middles are likely Hopwood, Frizell, Crouch and Hola with Jones ext bench.
Big problem is if Manu is out who plays 12, please not Cant, yes bench, but ESL is HIA so likely Jones.
Saulo should be playing Cup this weekend, prove his fitness then be considered.
Look on the bright side, positions 1-7 looked locked in fit and in form that we will likely name 2 try last game Hunt in position 18-19, actually i would have Hunt and Cant at 18-19 unless Crossland isn’t right then Cant to main bench and Hagan to 18-19

I have heard Schiller is back at least.

Terrible news and especially so for Mooney himself. Understudy at Canberra for so long and when given a chance by a club that believes in him, he delivers above his pay rate only to be excluded for the finals. I notice he loves to turn his body and almost reverse shoulder charge when carrying the ball. Usually, it results in discomfort for the opposition, but not this time.
