I’ll never understand why video ref can’t call forward passes, it can call everything else including different plays that happened but for some reason forward passes are to far…

Not condoning speeding but also, To be fair a lot of the time in Sydney on the roads for example with higher speed limits you can easily go around 10km over and even cops on the median strips checking speed likely won't even bother pulling you over because 99% of drivers are doing the same and the chances are many are doing twice that.
You could probably go over 20-30km over on the Pacific Motorway and no one would bat an eyelid. Not sure what it's like up there.

But from a driver's point of view there's no way I'm risking it around cops with a radar gun or those mobile speed cameras/any sort of speed cameras. Though others have said they've gone 10km flat over in front of the cops and for reasons above, dont bother getting pulled over.

Considering it was 7am in his case, perhaps it wasn't as busy? But the highway patrol cops probably would have picked up the vehicle being unregistered. Which then leads to the other offences because he's been pulled over.

lol, if he forgotten to renew the rego he wasn't wise to go on a road where there were highway patrols. On small side streets you probably get away with it for a while but it's not worth a long term risk.
