Unless you have a time machine, then you won't know for certain that a coaching change will improve results. I don't think any fan's reluctance to swap coaches is because they're unsure about AOB, but unsure whether we'll get better. That said, we're odds on for the spoon - we genuinely can't get worse, so let's roll the dice on a new coach IMO.
