I’d have Crossland at 7 and Brails 9, Arthur 14 every day and twice on Sunday than having another week with Cogger at half. If Hastings is hated that much this is the only solution until Gamblor returns. Or just ****ing pick Jacko.

Very tempted by Brailey starting and Phoenix to 14. He looks so much more natural at 9.

I would personally keep Greg in the team. His carries are needed!

I dont think best did him many favours tonight. Could of filled the space alot better on quite a few occasions.
Reality is marz is always gunna be a target in the air, his not going to improve. We either protect him better or sacrifice his start of set carries and put someone else there.

We’ve played one good half of footy in 4 games. I get what you’re saying. Let’s all breath, walk and look to next week when the odds are even again. But there’s alarm bells which are justified. I love a bit of positive sentiment. But how positive can anyone be that we turn up and actually score some tries next week given the injuries and cough cough, half back problem.

Our 6 7 and our 1 (1.4m man) all not good tonight at all. But…. We were outplayed mn to man in every position and didn’t match the energy in defence and were always on the back foot. What we would have loved to see was anyone of the 6,7,1 stand up and get us field position to break the rut. Ultimately this is a player and coaching deficiency. We need dominant super fit forwards. We mostly live Marz because he makes up for our forwards lack of go forward but he has weeks when he gets bombed and shown up for his height deficiency but he isn’t our biggest issue far from it.

At what point is Marzhews glaring weakness going to be enough to over do the fact that he runs well?


No wonder we stink, we can have someone have a game like ****ing that and go “nah it’s alright that you sucked, you can put one leg in front of the other fast, who cares about your lack of hands, Ariel ability or lack of brain” people talk about DB and his limitations, Marzhew LITERALLY ONLY DOES ONE THING, and some how that means he can never be dropped.

Cant wait for AOB to keep picking him at least it will be his downfall and he can be kicked to the curb I’m so sick of year after year of this ****

But here we go again right “their defence was good though, they were committed” couldn’t give a rats arse, we have literally seen this before and they do nothing.

I actually look at that and think if we can stay healthy and defend like that we win a lot of games

Hey KP greatness. What did the 1.4m man do tonight? Not a lot i can only imagine would be anyone’s answer. Marz has a glaring weakness but he’s 300k of our cap and his strengths makes up for glaring issues with our forward pack. You’re not wrong but you also need to look at the big picture we bring in another winger that gives us no go forward and we will be toast. If we stop allowing the other team to be kicking inside our 20 constantly he doesn’t have kick pressure

We nowhere near matched it. We scrambled well to avoid leaking points. But given your thoughts those players will dig us out next year and all will be rosey.
