Big learning curve from this game, never take anyone lightly.

Many on here were saying this would be a cake walk....guess lesson learnt for them
And during the game many on here were saying we were going to lose the game too!

Starlo has always been one of my all time favourite players.
The little fella nearly managed to stop Dom scoring through running his little legs off to be there when no one else was, and then scored a try through shear willpower to level it up.
The little champion won us so many games in the lower grades by just never giving up.

And he passionately screamed in the Knights fans face kissing his Raiders badge when he scored his try. Dead to the Knights.

This is as bad a take as I've seen in a long time.
Okie dokie. We won by a penalty goal against the worst attacking team to ever make the finals. Ponga hid from the ball when there were obvious carry to the line attacks on. Hence why Fitz got it one out and was stopped instantly. He was balking at covering the try line when they had us pinned there.
Hastings ****ed his ankle… again.
Not sure what game you watched.

1 try assist, 6 tackles, 14 runs and 2 errors to go with that try. He had an ordinary game. Plain and simple.
The NRL try assist stat is just who throws the last pass for ease of application - it's not a reliable assessment of who created the opportunity. If you watch the game, you'll see that KP was the key driver of 3 of our tries, not 1.

I'd suggest you watch the replay - as a knights fan, you might enjoy it.

Oh and Fitz ****ed his shoulder again.
Playing busted players against a useless team is smart as hell.
Send a memo to the Warriors to go easy on us because we played our stars a week early and they reinjured themselves when we had a bunch of fit and adequate backups.

Was a very stressful game they came out strong, wind behind them we seemed to be playing like we let them run hard and then we will run over them. Our pack was not as strong as we wanted, maybe too many rested. Hastings never looked good, Clune should have played, Gamble stepped up, he seems to do that. Gagai had a mixed game, he will fix that next week. Expect Hastings and Fitz to be missing with Clune and Lucas in.
Those not mentioned had fair to ok game with Ponga being his usual above very good and Young being above ok.
The win gives them a pass mark for this year with more expected next year.
From here a win is a bonus on expectation.
I am happy with out results

Why you so worked up on proving Knights fans that you’re right / SuperCoach after one of our best wins (in context of significance not performance) in decades. Seems pointless.

Enjoy the win mate and bring some positivity to the forum.

Nah, I watched. KP was nothing special, and poor in defence. That is to be expected when you are injured. He played awesome for a bloke with one arm. But we would have been better off with a bloke with two.
You really think it is a coincidence that the Raiders almost beat us when we played with so many injured players. And only one of them finished the game.
Anyone that thinks its smart to play players that have a low chance of finishing the game or playing to at least 50% of their ability must have two ****s.

We just won our first finals game in literally a decade, and you're unhappy. Find a different hobby dude, because this isn't rewarding for you

I watched the Raiders/Knights game this arvo.

We played our first choice team, and won. People mock the Raiders' lineup however their Cup Team is going well this year and they showed up today, whoever was opposing them. Resting our best players is not a sensible play for elimination finals games.
