Penrith the perfect example of a well coached team playing in a strong system. Doesn't matter who's in the side, Cogger, Turuva, Leota, Tago are all guys who were reserve graders 2-3 seasons ago and now look established in FG (granted Cogger is a backup half, but he looks 3x the player he was at Newcastle and Canterbury purely due to the role he's been given in a strong team).

Meanwhile we have guys like Leo Thompson, Phoenix Crossland and Kurt Mann who wouldn't crack the 17 at any of the other 16 clubs in the comp
