its professional sport these things happen, did addo-carr get dropped from melbourne, burton the panthers etc. throwing the toys out the cot is really going to look good to players we want to sign down the track.
 
Or an opportunity to screw something else up. The decision makers at the Knights keep head banging, doing the same dumb things over and over and expect a different result. It is like watching a slow motion train wreck and being helpless to do anything about it!

Nah other clubs drop players, need to look to the future we are going to be battling the Dolphins and Dragons and Dogs for the spoon, Dom isnt going to 'win' us a bunch of games.

Bring Hunt in he gives 100% every game

In other instances of this I’ve heard that they do move on to rehab with the other teams staff otherwise you’d probably hear about more negligence. It might not always be the case but there are many examples of players moving their rehab to their new club only if it’s season ending of course.
 
I'm not sure he is as good as what the media make out.
I still see him drop bomb, miss tackles make mistakes. The roosters have paid big .only for a bloke who is not the finished package. Rugby league is a funny game. All the twists and turns. Who knows he might get injured this year and not be the same player.
It's a big Gamble on his behalf.

At least I won’t feel as bad critiquing his inability to make a defensive read.

Laughed at me saying 500k

Then says Knights were not even close to 500k

Now reports say he went for less than the Knights.

So that's two players in a couple seasons jumping ship for less cash.

He's clueless these days and just guesses.......But every other article I have read says the roosters offer was higher than ours and ours was the lowest from all clubs.

I'm actually amazed by this, particularly the Roosters when It comes to our club.

I'm not sure If everyone has noticed because they are probably just as pissed off as I am about the whole situation but do think about.

We always seem to go after players that Roosters somehow know that they have reached their limit or have only got a few productive years left In them and happily move them on. (Perhaps with the exception of Watson at the time, but think Pearce, Gurerra and AOB.)

Then on the flip side you got the Roosters recruitment somehow managing to raid our stocks because they have such a keen eye for It.

Cordner, Mitchell, Young... feel free to add those that I have missed.

Perhaps a "turd In the punch bowl" up here In Newcastle? I'm pretty sure someone will connect the dots better than me but these Roosters seem to know what the hell they are doing when It comes to the Hunter.

Stranglehold or not, I understand we won't get everyone and we have been pretty good at doing It for past decade or so.

But has someone at Knights HQ thought to themselves let's follow the damn Roostrrs recruitment and see what they do differently to us?

Because their recruitment Is f****n working wonders, that's for sure.

AOB used to coach at the Rorters, should he should know how they operate.
