He ain't the long term guy but it should plug a gap for this year at least. Hoping he's that speedy, all effort, energizer bunny style of fullback, will make a big difference to the team to have that instead of Ponga. Love Ponga, but his best attributes are not being utilized at the back anymore.

The thought of him running the ball back at a broken defensive line and linking up with Dom or Marzhew does excite me.
 
I’m not really keen on this one to be honest. Hodgeson at fullback in 2023 then pryce in 2024 would be better squad management in my opinion. Not sure we need a 31 year old rugby convert on good coin learning to play centre in 2025. $400k for Klemmer to play at tigers and losing Bradbury also a worry imo.

That’s fine if Hodgson had toweled up NSW cup the past two years. Unfortunately he’s had like 4 games total.
