Official: Knights sign Tautau Moga and Herman Ese'ese

Interestingly Herman Ese'ese has been dropped by Uncle Wayne, maybe he's told the Broncos he's leaving .....
 
With Moga having an option at Broncos for a $100k next year if here next year reckon we get him for $200k if he comes here.
 
$200,000 for Moga and $300,000 for SKD is $100,000 less than what we are paying Gagai so they would do me ...Even if we had to pay $250,000 and $350,000 id still be very happy ...
 
Moga is rubbish, I'd prefer Pete in current form. And I don't really rate Pete.

If you can find a Broncos fan who would be sad to see him go they'd be lonely.
 
Moga who? That guy that was talked up and amounted to nothing? Ohhhhhhhh. No just no. I'd take Pete all day.
 
Hard to get excited when I think what we have will be about the same. Not as many points in ours but less errors.
Can't see too many real good players texting each other saying "hey, Knights have signed SKD & Moga, let's go their too!" Lol.

Sorry, I know it sounds negative but other than creating depth, IMO it's nothing to get a fat over
 
Moga and SKD walk straight into our backline atm I reckon. They're not world beaters but assuming the money is fair I'm ok with both. And if they don't perform, then we will have depth to bring other guys in - something we haven't had in years and years. If we can spend smallish money building depth in the back 5 and pay big where we need it, front row and possibly in the halves, I'm not going to criticise.

Well said mate, that's about my thoughts too
 
People say that Skd has bad hands.... Being the second highest try scorer in the Nrl imagine if he had good hands and Moga was touted to be the next Israel Folau by people in the game not on keyboards they don't say that about you if your **** and it was injury that stopped him ...
By all accounts Moga has been playing good footy this year but if you buy Bird and intend on him going into the backline someone has to go ......They are both 6'4"and over 100 kg id be very happy to see both at centre and Pete and Rossdog outside them ...Imo that would give us a heap more strike power and better defence on the edges ...

This Moga's crap stuff amuses me, have people seen him bumping off tackles like no tomorrow on Brisbanes edge?
 
Hi guys

New to this but keen to get involved.

Moga is better then anything we have and prob one of the best options in center in the market I have been following this for a few weeks and it seems that everyone is saying that what we have is **** but no one has a better option? Does any one have any positive ideas on what the Knights can do

He's got talent and there is plenty of improvement in him but he's had 3 knee reconstructions already at 23. We've been burnt bad enough by Hodkinson's dodgy knees do we really need to do it again?
