Billy Slater will be a storm player for life and has said so himself, but there's nothing to suggest Pearce and Jennings will stay at their clubs. In fact, there are rumours of Jennings wanting a release and Pearce not being a Rooster at the end of 2013.

All clubs would be mad not to consider at least one of them.

Come to think of it, playing inside Akuila Uate could play a big part in bringing Jennings over here, if he was to even think about it. Especially since its more quite then Syndey areas, so could benifit him etc

Exactly what Aids said. And noone is saying we're a sure thing to get either player but we have been linked to them just like every other club so there's no point getting into a debate over it. Though we must remember the Knights are now an actual realistic chance to sign anyone thanks to Tinkler and Bennett and it's obvious our roster will get a complete overhaul so Im not ruling anything out.
 
Fair enough. I think its unlikely but this isn't the first time Pearce and Jennings have been rumoured to be on the verge of going elsewhere, it's just the first time I've heard us be linked to them. But just like any unsourced rumour, there's nothing to get excited over... yet 8)
 
Pearce would be a decent signing i guess, but what would it mean for Kurt? Probably more unlikely than not due to Gids being around.

Jennings is a left centre. So Tahu would probably move to the right with Aku. I would be so f'in happy if we got Jennings though.

If they get Whare, T-Rex, Wolfman along with Inu & Brown this year, while re-signing Kasiano, Stagg & maybe Halatau, ....than that is a joke.
 
If we did somehow sign Pearce I'd say Kurt would go to hooker, he'd have to. And play Bedsy off the bench if he decides to go around for another year.
