Carl Means is a guy they probably missed a lot when he was a late withdrawal v Brisbane. He's not flashy, but he is close to the top of the tackle count every week and he makes lot's of hard yards and rarely makes a mistake.

Tyler Sullivan either had a shocker V Brisbane or he was injured early, because his stats show he did nearly nothing. I'd say he was injured, which explains a lot.

Good to see Morseau back, and Api will probably make every post a winner to prove he should get a contract next year.

They need Carl Means and about 3 other committed defenders.

It didn't help that Aloi Taufaao really can't defend and several Cronulla guys picked up on that and ran at him over and over, but the overall defence was pathetic today.
Cook and maybe Redman are the only defenders who can hold their heads up after that game.
We were brilliant in attack - pathetic in defence.

How good was the try when Chanel (I think) gave the pass to Maipele. First thing that happened as I sat down.

We did ok down that side of the field. Chanel and Will Smith scored a few decent tries and i can't remember them letting any in, but the Geordie Connelly, Mitch Williams side leaked like a sieve, but to be fair to those guys it was usually Aloi Taufaao falling off tackles that caused the problems. The Sharks number 11 and the centre who scored 3 tries were loving Aloi.
