The form halfback in reserve grade is Mitch Henderson.
A few years ago he made the top 21 squad for Canberra several times and only got cut from Canberra because they got a few kids named Ethan emerge from their juniors.
He came through our juniors as a partner for Pezet in a winning Mathews and Ball sides and as a partner for Donahue in a Flegg grandfinal, where he played alongside Fletcher Sharpe.
He took a chance at Canberra and did really well in Flegg and reserve grade for a few years, but was cut in 2025 and went to Qld cup.
He returned to us in mid 2025 but mustn't have been training hard, because he was hugely disappointing for us at the end of last year.
Anyway, he's back to being the guy who was great for both Knights and Canberra in all the lower grades and was very close to making his debut at Canberra.
I don't think we can pick him unless we can make a case that all our halves are injured (which they are), but I'd have him in the 19 if we could pick anyone.
