I thought it was a dreadful game tbh. Too much dropped ball and refs yikes. Herman is so frustrating at times. I hope he reaches his potential with us

Herman was great I thought. So was Fitzgibbon, Sione and Levi.

We fought that hard and defended brilliantly for the most part. To put that type of effort in with your best players out and go down like that was bloody tough.

People need to keep the game in perspective. We had Pearce, DSaf, Klemmer, Ponga, Glasby and Lee out. The refs made some terrible calls against us. We made a bunch of errors, plenty of which in our own half. Despite all of that, we lost by a try to a full strength warriors team. I'm happy with the effort and good on the boys for almost coming away with it.

We lost but think it wasn’t the reffing as we got the better of the calls overall. Team played hard with lots of effort.
Seems we played JSaf short minutes and definitely Saulo and Crossland had limited time. Buhrer at best is bench. Ese’ese was pick of forwards and when back to full side he should be in 17 with Gavet and JSaf fighting for spot, Saulo and King back to reserves. Lino probably did enough to play 6, goal kicking is good.

He was great for the most part. I just think he has serious potential to be a similar player to taumolo.

Of course he probably won’t ever match Lolo but I think he could fill a similar role for us. I don’t know if we will see another forward like Lolo for another 10 years or longer.

Bottom line we beat ourselves despite a great determined effort. Ramien had no ball control and turned it over too much and Watson's effort to trap that ball in Worriers last try was poor option. Kick it dead brother!

When are we going to see this ramien guy that’s meant to be a gun? Hunt has been much better all season with no wraps

Ive been liking Ramien the past couple of weeks to be honest, hes really come to life.
He proably over played his hand last night, and the 5th tackle kick the havles needed to get the ball on that set.
Come finals i have no doubt Ramien going to became a great weapon.

I don't understand Brown's use of the bench.
He used the total bench for a combined 79mins.
    Saulo 9mins, what's the point?
Jacob did really well for his 31mins.
Guerra 27mins understandable coming back from injury.
    Crossland 12mins

Understand Crosslands lack on mins, young and inexperienced but Saulo is hard to fathom, it’s not like King and Gavet were killing it like Klem and Dan do was poor use. As for JSaf I thought his minutes were less but 30 plus is ok, I would start him next game for Gavet if same 17 picked. Guerra is still a bit rusty but will get more time as fitness comes, again I would start him for Buhrer his experience and leadership is needed.

No Sione bashing after a loss is very refreshing! There are a lot of us that thinks Sione is outstanding.

Said a long time ago Brown does not use the bench effectively.

Last night would have been better using the forwards for shorter minutes and telling them to go hard for their time on, then sub on a replacement to go hard.

A bit tough on Ramien I think, he hasn't had much quality ball all year, we aren't looking to use his talents effectively. Only last week with Lino at 5/8 did he seem to get utilised properly. Last week he steam rolled Darius and this week did the same to their FB. He had some handling errors and some poor options when he got the ball on the 5th, but he should not have had the ball in those situations, our halves should have taken control.

He is an origin quality Centre we just are not utilising enough. If he were playing on Hunts side where most of out attack goes, and hunt on the right, we would see a reversal of fortune and I'm confident Ramien would be getting talked about for Origin.

    Buhrer 10 runs 75m 43 tackles 1 missed.
    Hardy put a foot wrong.

    Gavet 11 runs 122m 25 tackles 4 missed.
    Good meters but poor D

    Ese 15 runs 131m 37 tackles 1 missed.
    Pretty solid all night.

    King 7 runs 55m 30 tackles 2 missed.
Hardy worth 50 minutes on field.

    Fitz 7 runs 65m 31 tackles 1 missed
    Solid game

    Jacob 7 runs 83m 16 tackles 0 missed.
    Short minutes but was effective.

In a game that we had 40 percent of possession those numbers are ok all over.

Saulo had 1 run in 10 minutes.
I'd say brown needed the experience on the field to keep us in the game.
