Plenty of assumptions below (including Barnett being out, Klem, DSaf and Pearce being fit etc) I'd go with this:

    1. Ponga
    2. Lee
    3. Hunt
    4. Ramien
    5. SKD
    6. Mann
    7. Pearce
    8. Klemmer
    9. Watson
    10. DSaf
    11. Fitz
    12. Sione
    13. Glasby
    14. Buhrer
    15. Gavet
    16. Herman
    17. Guerra if fit, otherwise Saulo (but I suspect Brown will go with King)

Good side but if Guerra fit would start with him, keep Sione on bench doing what he has been doing, like keeping Ese’ese and Gavet on bench so if Klem not right bring in King, Saulo or JSaf to starting

Agree mostrly Frank. Sione better off the bench with his versatility and swap Guerra, if 100% fut, for Fitzy who has been below his best.

Lino for Mann who replaces Buhrer on the bench for mine.

I'd agree with Guerra starting, but I'm not sure whether he has his match fitness back to do that. If not, then I'd start Sione and have Guerra from the bench. If he is fit though, Guerra's best spot is starting backrow, and Sione's best spot is off the bench (IMO).

We are 3 days short of Beau Fermor being able to play - but other teams seem to have no problem getting an exemption, so I think we would be OK to play him.
At the start of the year there was some doubt over his defence, but he has been one of our best defenders as well as one of our best attacking players in reserve grade for months now.
He is playing way above the standard of everyone else in reserve grade, except maybe Buhrer. His numbers are way better than JSaf, Saulo, King etc.

If Barnett is out, right side 2nd row, then Guerra is best option if fit enough. Fermor tends to play left side with Stone right side so thinking like for like and leaving Sione on bench.

Sione has found his groove at lock.
Imo changing his position back to back row again will hold him back.
But I think Brown will start him on an edge.

I dont think Brown will at all.
Guerra is a veteran and will play 80 minutes with no issues.

When Guerra was fit at the end of last year and the start of this year Brown chose to play Guerra at lock and bench lock.

I'd love to be wrong though. Imo Guerra is our best edge back rower when fit.

Guerra started at lock in NSW cup yesterday and swapped positions with Fermor to play 10 or 15 minutes of second row.

Kind of wish there wasn’t this break in between playing the Broncos who look to have something seriously wrong going with them within the ranks. Thought they had turned things around but then they lost to the Titans and Eels, and lost poorly.
Coach is calling out players his captain literally doesn’t want to try and play or be there it seems.

The week off gives them a chance to refresh and regroup and probably what they need after the grind. Still confident and at home but eh hope the bubble doesn’t burst with the Storm loss.

Boyd is clearly a snake in the grass there and no doubt is a terrible influence, if he isn't dropped at some stage I'll be suprised.

Has that same sneaky look on his face he had before he went completely rogue on us.

Don't take this as "potting" the kid. When Fermor played in the trial game he looked to be a million miles away from first grade in defence. A couple of weeks ago a bloke I and many others consider to be an astute judge of junior talent(like yourself) messaged me from a game saying Fermor's defence is atrocious.

Lot's of kids coming up from under 20s take a while to get used to defending against men, and Fermor had a lot to work on with his defence.. I think he has improved out of sight. His running game and try scoring are still the best parts of his game, but he is getting himself involved in defence, averaging 40 tackles a game recently with 1 or 2 missed, and although he isn't a solid brick wall like Brodie Jones, he grabs hold and wrestles hard.

Every week we play some team who have their reasons for rising against us. It's either they had a good win and in form, or they are out of form and they will turn it around against us. Every team, every week can belt us if we are off and they are switched on.

Thats the game! Knights have to look after themselves rather than worry about what the Broncos are doing.
