Promising Refereeing Start for 2019

About time. Whatever Archer was doing, it was shocking and running the game into the ground. Hopefully this sees a fresh change and better quality refereeing system.

Archer was acting on instructions from Greenberg and the IC, fall guy.

However hated how he publicly loved laying the boot into his ref's, showed zero character so good riddance.
