Parsons was one of my favourites apart from Joey back in the days! Used to love watching him play!

Wouldn't mind hearing from Cooper Vuna on a podcast one day.

Guy was basically a nobody and went on to be a big time union player. Interested to know his journey and how he broke through and if he went through any struggles like some of the islander kids do,

Not from a podcast but probably related to the topic.
Worth mentioning that the Knights boys have been up in the Tamworth farms before sunrise, helping the farmers out doing a variety of tasks that those farmers do every week and no doubt it was nice for the farmers to meet those players. At the same time i think a lot of the younger players seemed appreciative of the careers and opportunities they have had themselves in Rugby League, being able to see what other people go through.
One of the farms belonged to the parents of former Rugby League Alan Tongue.

Must say this was a fantastic idea to do, and whoever thought of it should be applauded for it.

Also as it was mentioned in another thread that Greg Bird was on the podcast saying how close he was to coming to the Knights in 2016. Would have provided some much needed experience up front but the damage had already been done by then.
