Yeah I don’t get Maynard missing out either especially for such a big game. How will Evie go defending in the middle?

Think this will be the biggest test so far. I know the Sharks are first but we shouldn’t have dropped that game. The
Broncos, got off to a slow start but they look a more formidable team. Good forward pack and their attack is pretty slick on both sides when it gets going.

After beating them twice last year I’d imagine they’ll be pretty keen to beat us. Will need to be at our best.

From Jeffries presser:

Roache still needs a fitness test but looks like she’ll play.
Says Jones covers 1-7 as well as 9 and there are still niggles in the team. Also says she’s already earmarked for the #14 jersey for the next few years.
Jesse will resume goal kicking duties.

It sucks that they’ve got this straight after the blokes. If we lose most of the crowd will go and there’s no time to do a presentation for the guys leaving. 1:30 would make way more sense.
Thinks it's all to do with the TV . Not under Knights control!

Jefferies makes Evie Jones sound like super woman, saying she can play anywhere from 1 to 7 and 9 and 13 at a pinch.
Any coach would include a player who can do that as a number 14, but a lot of it sounds like a stretch.
He says her role in this game will be as a hooker, but she could replace anyone if needed.

I was surprised we were favourites for this game. The Broncos take a while to get going but once they do their attack is so much better than ours
