Gets a month for cocaine. An illegal drug. Poor mullo gets 4 yrs for a banned substances. What's the difference?
Cocaine isn’t going to enhance your performance. It’s just gonna keep you awake til 5am talking total ****.
Clearly a difference, performance enhancers are considered cheating, unfair advantage. Cocaine is just a recreational drug that is illegal & the game doesn't want to be associated with. As for the punishments, the NRL has gone through so many leadership changes, we can't compare punishments from different times because it was all different people making the decisions. It would be nice to have consistency, but the game's management has completely changed over the years.
Cut him a break. Comes from a terrible family. Has all sorts of issues. got himself together and had a good season where he showed how much talent he has, but he is the definition of a guy who had no chance. I don't know why he hasn't changed his name to be honest. The only worse killer than Malcolm Naden in recent times is Ivan Milat, and even that is debatable.
I'm all for people getting clean and getting a second chance but for me a month is a little too soft. He needs to get himself sorted obviously.
Geez what’s the difference?... Guess Johns should of got suspended to if we are thinking recreational drugs should serve similar sentences to performance enhancers
All I'm saying is he needs to realize the job his got. You don't get to spend a long time at the top and there is definitely a talented player in there.
