Junior Kiwis squad grows

Five players have been added to the Junior NZ Kiwis squad, after the weekend's round of Holden Cup playoffs.

Joseph Manu, Taane Milne, Braden Uele (Sydney Roosters), Sam Manuleleua and Tulsa Saumamao (South Sydney Rabbitohs) join the Junior Kiwis group, preparing for their test against the Junior Kangaroos on October 18.

a bit dissppointed in Knights - official website had tweet and article straight away when sione and jake named in aussie train on kiwi boys get a tweet I hope its not like that in the club should be treated with same amount of respect they all go out there and play hard for the Knights

Young Knights aplenty in rep teams

Newcastle Knights Jake Mamo and Sione Mata’utia have been added to the Junior Kangaroos train-on squad for the upcoming Under 20s Test against New Zealand.

The match will be played on Saturday, October 18 at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland.

Each week players will be added to the squad as teams are eliminated from the Holden Cup Finals series.

A final squad will be announced following the Holden Cup Grand Final on October 5.

For the Junior Kiwis, the Knights have had five players named.

Under 20s captain Danny Levi, centre Chance Peni, forwards Joseph Tapine, James Taylor and Pride Petterson-Robati have all earned their place.

my bad didnt realise as they were added to the sione and jake article with same picture would be nice to have photo of all but I spose they not our superstars and not from newcastle
 
I think they just rolled it all into 1 article to make it easier for people instead of making them dig through to find 2 separate articles

As for the picture I don't think it's a big deal tbh and they may update it as they did when they released the article for the Kangaroos train-on squad

When that article first came out it simply had the Knights logo and they updated it the next day
 
5 more players have been added to this squad

They are Fabien Goodall, Zach Docker-Clay and Josh Ailoai from the Parramatta Eels, Addin Fonua-Blake from the Dragons and Richie Kennar from the Storm
