Almost a supplement to the coaching staff, and someone who I think will keep Jake honest when it comes to keeping his spot. Provides injury cover for both players, I mean obviously he’s not going to add a lot of lethal attack individually, but he’s good at bringing the best out of players around him. He looked a bit slow and cumbersome on Sunday, but will perhaps be better than the run. I hope he stays at the club till he’s ready to retire and would make an ideal halves coach the day after he hangs up the boots.

That's the rumour from the mole, says dragons will wait for Hunt to come back before releasing Clune, then Clifford can join us. However, if he is to be believed, Clifford doesn't want to come here at all, let alone early. Anyway....I don't know what that achieves for Clune. He is next cab off the rank at saints, as he will probably be at the cowboys as they seek a big name half.
