#8 was Devante Hurrell-Epati, new signing from NZ
#18 (but starting lock) was Cooper Townsend

Tom Perkins looked pretty sketchy in defence in the trials.
In fact, a lot of our guys were missing tackles in that Souths game, but Perkins looked most like he was not ready to play league yet.

Funny that the Sharks have a halfback named Ennis and our AJ cup halfback last year was also an Ennis. I thought Ty Ennis would be our halfback in Matts this year. Wouldn't surprise me if randy Ennis and Ty Ennis were cousins - it's not that common a name.
