Brennan's charter will be to virtually run the club from NSW Cup down to Harold Matthews Under 17's and everything in between to ready players for the NRL. He'll select the coaches and put all the staffing in place around it to allow O'Brien to concentrate soley on his NRL squad.

Sounds good to me.
I said in another thread yesterday that I'd like to see just potential firstgraders train in O'Brien's top squad this year and all the work go into getting the side that came 7th this year up to top 4 in 2022. Let Brennan look after the 2023 prospects.

Yeah I'm seeing some people making fun of it because he didn't do that great as a head coach, but head coaching in the NRL is not for everyone. He's proven as a pathways guy. Another good appointment.

Sounds like what Gus did for Panthers all those years back, his slow rebuild from within, and now like at all the talent they got coming up and also attracting into their club. Hope it works here the build from within for years to come.
