Nope, it was Ponting who got the last one.
I love how they go upstairs!!!! makes it so much like the nrl.
Geez that was random.
Well there is actually about 13 ways to get out.
Go on then smarty Pants, what are they???
Obstructing the field
That was the other one i missed before..
Ohh Frizzed, whats the other three?
Not by the laws of cricket
One hand one bounce
Six and out
Hit the window
haha your a crack up Frizzed
but Gotta love backyard cricket rules though!
My favourite backyard rule is, you can't get out first ball, cause I'm poohouse batter it ensures that I will at least survive one ball.
I've had many fond memories with that rule. Unfortunately.
Nothings worse than playing b/yard cricket and like your opposition get heaps of runs, then when you bat you get out cheaply.
We live in a culde sac and when we have around 10 people over we play like test innings, so good. Get a lead etc
can they still get out mankad in international cricket and if so what sort of didmissal does that count as
Nah once in the delivery stride you can't, although, you can still do it before you enter your delivery stride if the batter is out of his/her crease, but I would class it as run out any way.
In indoor you can get out Mankad and it goes down as Mankad not Run out.
Yea I'm a pretty hopeless batter.
I think it's really stupid tht you can't get out like that in international cricket anymore. There's nothing to stop the basman getting a big headstart at the bowler's end.
