I really hope it has helped his confidence it was good seeing him smile on wednesday night (even though he was smiling after scoring), i really think it is a confidence thing with darius and he did show signs of he was turning things around against nth qld. Im hopefull he will be playing his best footy soon

How many players went a lot better once they were playing outside A Johns ? Boyd is playing behind a struggling team, who by the way are running 10th, and on Wednesday he was on the end of one of the best backlines in History. My Grandmother would have played ok on the end of that backline. People have been too hard on Boyd I don't care what anyone says. He hasn't lost us a game and why should it only be up to him to win them. Team game requiring a team effort.

I'm gonna say no, but that's only because this season has taught me not to expect so much.

Well the main thing for me is he was great for us in his last game for the Knights. So he just has to keep that form up. Origin might impact his confidence, but it's irrelevant to read much else into it, since he was on the wing.

I reckon he'll be better than previous weeks though, just not having 'turned that corner' into his best form.

I know he hasn't lost us a game but I just get annoyed by his lackluster kick returns!

When he starts putting in 100% on kick returns and breaking tackles etc for the Knights than I'll start backing him but until I see that I'm still off side with poor Darius!

I guess I could say when I start seeing the team play I'll start backing Bennett. Some(not all) of those not happy with Boyd are at the same time being very accepting of Coach Wayne. Only superstars shine while the team is going ordinary and we don't have any.

I've been critical early on when all I kept hearing was "Well Wayne knows what he's doing so I'll go along with it"

I know Boyd's a Knight and he should deserve some respect and I should be behind him 100% but I don't think he's earnt it other than wearing the red an blue and taking the pay check!

That's my opinion and other people constantly making excuses for him isn't going to turn my opinion around!
Darius is the only one that can do that!

Good luck Darius I know you can do it!

Yeah every time i smile I think i'm better than everyone else too.

The photographer at school is always going "You're not so hot you, you son of a b1tch."

But I'll keep smiling away...because I'm better than him. Better than everybody.

He played alright today. Ran it hard and that drop bomb was difficult, as we saw Slater on Wednesday even the best miss some.
