That's a world record chase by Australia, Unbelieveable performance !!
Good game NZ
Small ground, made for record scores, feel sorry for bowlers.
lol Frank Eden Park is even small for footie let alone trying to play cricket on a rectangle!
For mine Marty Guptill was man of the match with his 105 from 54 balls and sheer exhaustion beat him in the end. Poor Wheeler and de Grandhomme. NZ went in with only three full time bowlers to strengthen their batting but it backfired. 1/120 from seven overs between them, nearly half the score.
Pity Nine never broadcast it to the masses. Great programming boys and girls.
Despite beating NZ last night England have missed out on Net Run Rate
We play NZ in the final on Wednesday at Eden Park
When's the final and is it on 9? Sorry for being lazy.
4.30pm summer time tomorrow and on Foxsports 505.
Can't have it interfering with the news and the wonderful Eddie Boner!
Haven't got the sports connected at the moment and this isn't enough to entice me! Pretty mediocre series big disappointment after the BBL.
You can bet your bottom dollar with the shorter the game, the bigger the chance of a boil over. Aussies 4/4. Poms and K1's 1/4 each.
This will be the poor match for us on the law of averages.
Nothing average with the averages, comfortable win despite the rain.
Thank Goodness. Rain sure ruined our great run in the World Cup. Two washouts and a narrow DL loss.
Never follow that DL system. When play resumed shortly after first break, 1/72 from 8. Still needed another 78 from sixty or so balls. 150 was what NZ scored from 20! S econd shower killed it for the K1's.
We have shot to equal 1st in the ICC rankings for T20 !!
