Dear Members,

With the 2018 NRL Season over it's now time for our annual awards night

This year's awards will be on Saturday 6th October @ 7pm, Voting will close at 5pm that day

We have revamped the awards this year and decided to go with nominations

We have also scrapped a couple of awards

These nominees were decided after consideration from the staff

Another big change is that Mods and Admins are no longer eligible to receive awards

All categories are listed below along with the nominees so all you have to do is copy and paste it then delete all but your choice for each award

We encourage you to vote in every category

Just a reminder that our Player of the Year award is decided by the MSKOTW votes cast by our members throughout the year

All votes must be cast via Private Message to me (Jekk is off atm but she will hopefully be back for awards night)

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all on behalf of the staff for your contributions throughout 2018 and over previous years

Yes mate, They are the final nominees

If your choice isn't nominated then you don't have to vote in that category if you don't want to

It was hard to come up with those final nominations and not everyone will agree but we did our best :)
 
Ponga shouldn't win everything I suppose, but last year he played mostly under 20s, and this year he blitzed SOO - you can't improve much more than that.

One way of looking at it. He's always had the ability though, just wasn't let off the chain until now. Another way of looking at it is actual ability. On ability, you'd have to say Sione finished the season a much better player than last year. Even though it took him a while, he was one of our worst players there for a bit at the start of the year.
