There is lack of educational programs options. to many kids per teacher in classrooms. This is common all over north QLD and people complain about kids crime rates, maybe local governments should start at the grass roots. Answer seems to be get more police

cairns is sht hole, great if your a tourist, brother has lived up there for 6 yrs and the place is full of junkies and crime rate is massive, dont travel out to cairns suburbs at night, only bonus is houses are cheap, ... the eduction system is fkd due to the cultural diversity and over crowding...
