Wow 2 weeks in a row we have shut up shop early and allowed two easy trys

It's pathetic really we are just a bunch off over payed duds, there is no excuse for allowing a team like the Bronx get within a whisker... Our defence stinks.

Brodie is always going to struggle in defence at centre.
He does his best, but will never be agile enough if nippy backs get one on one with him.
It isn't that big an issue. He only does centre if we get an unexpected injury.

Good and bad really.

I thought we showed more willingness in D first half and last 15. Good line speed, driving players back in tackles.

Better line speed in attack and more varied than just one out runs all game.

Ponga was quiet most of the game, broncs kept him quiet with good pressure but we still found points.

Pearce got a game in, Friz was great, twins great, Clifford also.

Bad. A bit fragile d on our own line, clocking off in D for a good part of the second half.

Broncs played a lot better than expected.
We threw a hell of a lot at them and they kept competing.
We threw a lot more effort at them than we threw at Canberra.
Broncos have been decent the last few weeks they lost to Penrith by 6 then had a decent win over the cowboys.

It's no coincidence either that last week best was a machine without fitzgibbon beside him and this week he was easy meat Becasue fitzgibbon was jamming all night... As soon as fitzgibbon goes off try time down that flank

Freddy blowing a gasket about the Fitz try. If you play it in slow mo....... Isaako grabs and loses the ball in which Braddy is on him "thinking" he has the ball only for him to look up and see it's on the ground and within a second Fitz is grounding the ball......I don't know what Braddy is to do or expected to do in a second. This is where the game goes wrong......too many chiefs and not enough Indians trying to rule on things.

Broncos deserve credit for their defence and then the last 20 minutes or so of energetic play. I thought they were decent. We were better, but not convincingly. Anyway, a win’s a win.

You guys will really do anything to hate on the kid. The left side hardly touched the ball with or without Fitzgibbon on the field. So over the slander of these players. When Fitzgibbon went off he was leading fantasy points and atleast tried but now seen as a “hog” to everyone - if he did nothing he would be labelled lazy. What do you all want!?

Four day turnaround, using our back-up hooker, doing recovery baths in wheelie bins. Not surprised we were a bit flat and faded late. Broncos came to play and shut down a lot of our go-to attack so we had to find a plan B. Exact sort of game which is usually a banana peel for us - team we should beat comfortably playing above themselves - add a few other things going against us, and I’m pleased with that result overall. Now the big question is how we make use of the very long turnaround we have.
