Team V Rabbitohs

If we start with Mann and Randall we will have plenty of defence, but it's a big ask for Randall to do 80 minutes in a semi final in his 7th game.

If it was a bout Newcastle I'd assume Wayne had planted the seed.

Or is it a tactic of Wayne's to keep the media away from his current players?

I thought the speculation about Wayne and Brisbane/QLD origin coach was a classic Wayne diversion, but this appears to be an incredibly well-researched expose that I don't think he'd have much to do with.
Timing might be to get maximum impact or just when the legal team had signed off on it?
Either way, with Burgess on their coaching staff, it does impact the team. Although it could just make them close ranks 'embattled bunnies vow to win despite turmoil'....

Am predicting very heated match, possible blue/sin bins....

Amazing how news limited are half owners of the game and can't wait to sink the boot in to the NRL/Players any chance they get.

I wouldn't expect them to cover stories up, but they charge in to the breach screaming a battle cry against the NRL most of the time.

Do they disclose in their articles that they are part owners of the NRL? Like they do when reporting foxtel issues.

No, it came from The Australian which is news corp.
You're right, my bad. I literally heard the Age this morning and wondered what they were doing a story like that for. This makes a lot more sense.

At least our players have a comeback now if Souths go out there to play the race card against Barnett

Think it’s going to be a heated game, if it wasn’t going to be already given that it’s a sudden-death match.

The interesting part is how Fox Sports website is ignoring the story- one story about lawyers fighting the allegations which disappeared within an hour or so.
But an allegation of racial discrimination and how that was reported, was another story. Seems one law for some, one law for others
