That would be mouth watering. Searle has been given a Canterbury Cup contract for a reason though, surely they will use him there.

If everyone is fit, Lino, Crossland and Loughrey all need a spot too. Loughrey could have played Flegg last year, but too old now. Crossland is still Flegg available, and maybe they'll ease him back through under 20s when he is fit. Sasagi still has 2 years of under 20s if they want, and it might be an idea to let him practice some skills in 20s.

Yeah as a halfback but no reason you cant have 2 half backs one playing as a 5/8 and Lino knows Pearce is the boss and main playmaker . He would know he is playing as a 5/8 so it wouldn't be a problem and I don't see the problem of having a half playing 5/8 .
