Bellamy made those players, period. Just like it's looked like nothings changed when Croft/Munster took over from Cronk, Hughes/Papa took over from Slater, and eventually when Smith 2.0 takes over from Smith 1.0.

I feel like a lot of people told him he should use his wingers to do the dirty stuff and leave himself fresh, he was running it back more and even going in for hit up runs out of our own half last year. I think he might have taken it too far though.

Griffin and the Panthers is common knowledge, sorry you missed it.

The Bellamy argument is more a twist on the fact his had 3/4 superstars of rugby league history help him to be that respected fugure.
Tell you right now, id give Cam Smith 1.5 mil for 1yr to player here even after 450 nrl games

Hopefully now we don't have to put up anymore BS about the Knights still being in contention for the 8. I'm so over it.
 
I think our biggest problem is that we have over rated our players and coaching staff and now we are waking up to the fact that the team on paper is not quite the one we hoped for. Sure we can blame the coach, we can blame the players especially those in critical positions, spine.
But think back over the season we have never been consistently good, never quite come across as the top 4-8 team. I have been disappointed with most players at one time or another, sure Klemmer hits it up and plays long minutes resulting in metres, Ponga can be brilliant but recently not so good. Our pack has lacked something, most have played the odd good games but not consistent. DanS has been disappointing and realistically didn’t deserve SOO, Gavet is just a player, Barnett was good tonight but our 2nd row needs to be more dynamic, line busting.
We have 4-5 positions that need cleaning out and upgrading even if it means bringing in younger players from reserves and/or u20’s.
I have doubts that a new coach will make a difference unless he is very experienced, we do not want to start with a complete overhaul just fix the few positions needed, Lee back in for Mann, buy a quality 5/8, get the Saf boys firing and bring in some youth for exuberance with the view of replacing aging players and we need a younger Guerra type.
Players not really needed are Mann, Gavet, Guerra with Lino, Moga and Sione next.
 
I said after the loss to the Warriors we won’t be making the 8. Too many people are optimistic with this team, I don’t know how because they are plain sh*t. No attack, high money players not doing their job and a severe lack of giving a f**k.

We will NEVER make the finals under Brown. Sick of this team of frauds disappointing all the die hard Knights fans every single year.
 
First game I have been able to watch in a month and to say it was disappointing seems like an understatement

Another year of Mediocre performances, Empty promises and Bullshi*

Just another year of being a Knights supporter really....
 
We are playing exactly how the dogs are when Des was on the way out.

We don’t need a rebuild we’ve got the roster -1 or 2.

Time for a new coach unfortunately. If Dean Pay can get the squad he has going with the players we tossed out then that days quite a lot
 
The most worrying thing is we got right up for this one and practically played our final. Don’t be surprised to see us asleep against the cows
