UPCOMING MILESTONES

- EDRICK LEE REQUIRES 1 MORE TRY TO REACH 50 CAREER TRIES
- HYMEL HUNT WILL PLAY HIS 50TH NRL GAME IN THIS MATCH

Moga and Lino are both out so I think we only have 22 fit players. So who will miss out on the 21 man squad - Woolford or Stone?

With Brown stating they were not hungry enough for it against Penrith, the side will have a challenge to match Canberra after they are 0-2 to start the season.

They will be seeing this as a very winnable game and I am sure they will lift intensity.

Our challenge is to match them in our first away game and look to dominate.

Canberra beat the Titans in Round 1..

Wouldn’t be surprised if this game is very back and forth. Forwards wise I think we match them, if not just be that little bit better. I can see Klemmer having a blinder in this one, Bateman is one to look out for. Wighton hasn’t really impressed me that much at 5/8 either. Pretty winnable game but we don’t have that good of a record in Canberra.

Knights v Raiders games of the last few seasons have always been high scorers as both teams were always terrible in defence. I reckon if we defend like we have in the last two games, we'll be able to beat them and beat them well.

Our teams go OK in Canberra early in the season, but when it's winter and 5 degrees with a wind chill factor making it feel like minus 5, all our teams from the under 16s up struggle to get a win down there.

Even during our wooden spoon years we went ok against Canberra heh.

But things are very different now. Actually I think the thing that Ricky would be most pissed off about is that he's gone in to the season with this mobile pack, with the expectations the refs would crack down on the ruck, except they've done the opposite and teams like the Storm haven't skipped a beat. Having big boppers like God King Klemmer and Gavet will help enormously in matchups like this.

This is exactly why i feel a 13+ win coming.
Canberra have a tiny pack and half of them are english players that cant go 80 in the nrl yet.
With our packs current size and a up tempo game plan where we hammer our attack at BJ i can see us hitting 40+

I like the optimism however I have a feeling Canberra will put a score on us.
Hope I am wrong

Possible chance to debut Brodie Jones. He is a more like for like replacement for Fitz than King is.

Its more about the middle rotation if Fitz is out, King is still our 7th best middle forward and with 2 injured his 5th.

Be good to see Jones get a run though.

No Fitz id run
Klem
Garvet
Guerra
Barnett
Glasby

Mann
Ese
Sione
King

Id use Sione at lock and keep glasby on the field at prop.
