I'd prefer JSaf in the side over Mann, but maybe Mann has trained the house down this week and earned a spot. Or, they might be looking for Mann to give Watson a spell and then Watson to come back in with fresh legs against a tired Panthers pack.
 
An interesting sidelight to this game will be Ponga v Naden.
Last year most of the pre season drills I saw were basically Ponga and crew running at Naden and beating him a different way every time.
Maybe Naden has found ways to deal with him, but it sure didn't look like it last year.

He has been our best b/rower for 2 seasons imo and had 1 or 2 bad games , should maybe give him a break he will bounce back . I think we need him for the whole 80.
 
Glasby is out with King to start at Lock.
