After the Dragons performance today I'm pretty confident for next week.
The last 2 week's they have started really strong and then fallen off completely.
If we can match their start we should win comfortably.

The dragons game was interesting, it had some parallels to the knights match as they were all over the warriors in the first half yet fell away completely in the second half. The knights have held solid leads the last 3 weeks at halftime and yet let their opposition get back into a winnable position, so to regroup and actually finish the job is a great step in the right direction (almost as good as Ponga's step today :p ). As much as I think Gould is a total muppet, he's always made the solid point that 'it's hard to win a game twice' but its something the Knights have done so well the last few games.

Lee got hurt with under 15 mins remaining, if they were going to bring Mann into the spine, they should of done it earlier then that.

I was thinking Brown was seeing how Levi would go given the 80 minutes.

He was gassed but still effective.

Re dsaf better than Klem. Dsaf doesnt have the motor to be better than Klem.

His done a few 65+ minute stints in the past few years when we had no ball.
In short i think his got the motor, just needs the mindset to go with it on a weekly bases

Maybe, we will see.

Klemmer does stints like that every week, and churns out the meters and post contact.

Dsaf has the potential, I am still far from convinced he is going to amount to anywhere near his proper ceiling. Nor his brother.

Didn't say saf was better. He was only given 15 mins in the second half. Hardly a chance to prove you have the motor. Not necessarily saying that I think he does, klems just a proven performer.

Those pcm aren't through making breaks or anything, he has 2 or 3 tacklers on him. Do you think that causes a slow ptb, stifles attack?

Saf could be better than Klem,

That is what I was responding to, that he could be better.

Never said it was from making breaks, wouldn't expect Dsaf to make too many breaks either.

No, I don't think it stifles attack at all. Especially this year with the length of time players are being allowed to hold down in the ruck.

Do you reply to post saying the same as the post you replied to just to say it in a way that makes sense to you?

Nor did i, klem is way above Saifiti.
I was just pointing out to you that his done some big minutes in the past under major pressure.

I think theres a fair argument there as to the type of impact either player has...hard to get point across on a forum

No, i think your the type of guy that likes the sound of his own voice.

Well it appears the posts I make really get under your skin eh.t that likes the sound of

Funny in 6 months more than me on the site you have made some 3k+ more posts than me. Who is the one that likes the sound of their own voice again?

So the quote you made above saying I replied to you (I assume) saying the same thing in my words. I did not do.

What I said was, maybe we will see if Dsaf has the motor and can be as good or come close to Klem.

I went on to also say, that I don't see it happening, that I don't see Dsaf reaching his full potential at all.

I also said the Klem does those sorts of minutes every week, and churns out the meters also.

Not sure where I said the same as your post I replied to, it seems to me I was making a point in counter of your personally.

Think most played ok if not entirely smart but was disappointed more with Watson, Barnett and Gavet. Watson is all go go go but tend to make mistakes, give away penalties and stand with raised arms when things go against him/team. I know his tackle count was high. Barnett isnt making busts, again effort isn’t the problem just lacking something that makes him a first grader, bench maybe. Gavet is only an effort player if opportunity exists, goes missing in action at times and walks back on side when needed in line. Not smart, aggressive but a niggly player has many penalties in him

I thought Watson was good today, he’s always around the ball. But I agree he doesn’t need play to the whistle and against titans we really payed for that
Was evident again today

If barnett isnt the answer then who is? because his numbers are better than the bloke he replaced in basically every category

Ponga isn't getting dally m points for doing one or two good things this year, but he is so much better than he was last year.
Last year he'd do almost as many bad things as good things, but because the brilliant touches were so unexpected in a guy so young, everyone was raving about him and giving him dally m points for having a nice smile almost.
This year his mistake rate is way down on last year, and his good touches are not getting the same glowing reviews because we have come to expect them from him.
Last year he improved rapidly all season, and this year I think he has improved a lot as well.
He is a genuine top class player this year.
Last year he showed the potential to be one, but you never quite knew if he was going to do something brilliant, or an epic fail.
