The Panthers really should put 40 on us to be honest. I’m not looking forward to this game.

Pathers have fallen into a heap, they were lucky today, but should of lost by 20 even to the titans.

We should go alright.

We’ll be competitive. I don’t think I’ve seen a team less deserving of a win than Penrith yesterday. They were comprehensively outplayed.

Hopefully Watson and Ross are fit for this one.

Brodie Jones had career best stats in reserve grade yesterday - 30 tackles, 130 metres.
He is clearly the strongest defender in reserves.
Not sure how we could squeeze another second rower into the side, but getting him a game before the end of the year would be good.

Brown should give him a game next week in place of Barnett.

Just watched the Panthers game and what Gus has under sold is the teams ability to graft out a win from well behind , that is a testament to their resolve for the full 80 minutes. A formidable characteristic for any team

Ponga apparently being rested this week. Like hello, still trying to avoid the wooden spoon here.

I don’t think it really matters spoon or not. We aren’t going to gain anything more this season. Be nice to avoid it but we have a fair idea of where we are at.

Watson is the guy we are missing at the moment and winning the spoon means we are amongst the fifteen runners up.

The Flegg game will be a beauty - us in great form against the only side in the comp we haven't got a winning record against this year. We need to beat them by more than 16 to go into the finals with a last game win against every side in the comp and a for and against + against every side in the comp.

You would think he would want to play and the club would want him to play if able, simply to give him the best shot at the Dally M. I don't think he will win it given the wheels falling off our season as per usual, but would be a shame to watch him miss it by one or two points knowing we rested him for one game.
