I don't really get the X Ray ones in all honesty.

James is right, take the good with the bad... check out other portfolios, google tuts.

Well, i was just kinda experimenting, i will change them back and post up un x-ray ones.
 
Ok now I am going to be honest. Just adding text or changing the colours a bit is not a banner. You have to the majority of the effects yourself.

Just look up tuts and get a feel for the program.

Well I was working on one earlier and I thought it was pretty good, shame I forgot to save, will try to remake it though.

Don't be to hard on yourself mate, your only beggining like me, however I think this one here is a big improvement to your other ones. Just keep googling tutorials and watch them on youtube and you will gradually improve each time.

Thanks, I was just fiddling around and came across a couple effects, I mashed that together and I thing it came out pretty good, and it is by far my best.
 
There alright, Just keep searching tuts. Still need a fair bit of work though.
 
just making everything a colour and adding a border and text isn't really a sig sorry :\.

Keep looking up tuts and get used to your tools.
