Redman put in a solid 80 minutes in reserve grade. He really put his hand up IMO.
Faalogo and Hilder were the other two who stood out.
Minto looked OK at half but he is better at fullback.
Mamo shouldn't be thrown into firstgrade when we are desperate. He should get a run when we are going well.
Chanel is the other guy who is nearly ready for firstgrade. Maybe we could move Gagai to fullback and drop in Chanel.
 
Bennett suggested Boyd could be out for a week. You'd think the other 2 will be fine unless they fail the cog test

If Boyd is out either Minto or Mamo will debut with the form they've showed I reckon. Or Gids fullback and hopefully Clydsdale will be ready. Wasn't too impressed with Gagai at fullback today but then again no one was very impressive and he got thrown in there. It's a bit of a mess.

swap waddell and clydesdale and that's what i think it will be. actually hilder might get the 14.

I would be happy with this team if Toka came in for Howzo. Even if it's for 2x 15 minute spells of the bench. His size and power will have much more of an impact. Cuthbo and McKinnon can give the team what Howzo does except they won't switch off like he does. Hopefully Boyd will be playing.

IMO I think we lacked punch from the bench. When Mase and Kade were off we struggled for punch and our starch in defense from Houston and Cuthbertson was non existent. I understand it's a bit unfair because of the restructure of the team but I'd like to see a few rewards for our NSW cup side defeating the reigning premiers. Man it hurts losing first up to Penrith... could've been worse... We could've lost to Manly!
