Please explain how an article from Toohey's perspective, about how he feels it can/should be handled is proof of Wests' giving special treatment to any players. Also grace us with your knowledge of what Mitchell Pearce has been up to while you're at it.

this tough stance has only just started this year. 1st fined was Saifiti with 25% of his wage. Next would be Moga with 25% + possible suspension as his best hope.
Not sure how that shows Wests favouring certain players. No others have got into trouble since they brought this tough stance in

It’s surprising that you’re suggesting Wests will give preferential treatment to more key players, and that appears to based on your interpretation of an opinion piece article.

Yeah - that Toohey guy is always way off the mark.
No one at the club talks to that guy - it's all just him having a thought bubble no doubt.

Toohey says Moga need not be sacked and a fine and suspension would be sufficient. Assuming you’ve read the article, where does it say that Wests will refrain from sacking him because he’s a key player? Clearly it’s not Toohey just “having a thought bubble”.

Given our average depth at centre, I’d say Moga is key. If he’s firing, we’re probably scoring some good points down his edge. Whether his knees hold up is another question.

Whether Moga is sacked or not will depend on the result of a court case and subsequent decisions by the club, shouldn't matter if we need him, if he is fit etc, is he who we want at the club, the type we want or is his misdemeanour bad enough to say bye bye.

Nowhere does it say Moga WONT be sacked in that article .
You love to add and exaggerate hey mate.
If it is a low end , little slap (come on mate give us all the change kind of thing ) $90,000 is a lot to lose. Its not like he did a Lodge or Wighton on the guy .
Pythian would have been gone from any club he got caught doing an illegal substance for the second time no club would have kept him .
Makes me wonder if Moga would rather be sacked than lose $90,000 especially when he could make his contract in England and probably more than he is on here.

    That makes sense.
Well, it makes sense that the Knights coaching staff are more focused on keeping the players they want than supporting Wests' harsh line on poor behaviour, but I still think Moga is a bit of a myth.

How does that make sense? Nothing at all suggests that from all the info put forth.

From what we know of Wests stance on poor behaviour, Moga could be facing the same 25% gone from his salary as Jacob had, plus possible suspension. But nah, that’s not as bad at all. Taking the p*ss now.

Jacob was "guilty" of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Moga has a court date for an allegation that, if the judge were to take the hardest line, could get him free rent at the Long Bay Hilton for a year or two.
Or to put it really simply - Jacob got hit - Moga is accused of hitting someone.

The complaint against Moga will probably be withdrawn before it gets to court, but however you look at it, these two cases are almost opposite - one guy was the victim, the other is supposed to be the aggressor.
In fact, Jacob will almost certainly get a victim of crime compensation payout that might even cover his club fine, while Moga will probably end up paying out.

The issue with Phrythian is that it wasn’t his first time doing the gear

Ponga could probably get away with a lot before we could even consider sacking him. Let's hope he doesn't ever stuff up so we don't have to be hypocrites. Could also argue though that the reason he is so highly valuable to us is because we know he's a good kid so far.

Point is, if he was caught with pingas in his system twice, he'd be goneski. You can sweep it under the rug but ASADA is ASADA at the end of the day.
