I’ve said it since January, Dylan Napa has 100% already committed to coming to Newcastle in 2019. Heard it from as close to browns mouth as possible without revealing my source.
If he comes here with a new attitude and shows that fire and aggression I think he will only have a positive effect on guys like Barnett and Yates who should take buhrers spot next year permanently.
Sign one more aggressive type prop and then potentially Glasby or ah mau and our pack will be transformed

I don't think you can get a reputation without earning it at sometime .

Or you can have commentators such as Johns, Lockyer, Gould etc that like to hyperbole select players and talk them up over nothing.

Johns picking Bird as his 5/8th for this years origin being a recent one. That alone could get him commanding extra $$$ if he was off contract.

Commentators have always played their favourites into rep sides.

Exactly. Napa is just as much of a pillow with ball in hand as Woods is.

Wimpish game from Napa yesterday. Dragons forwards dominated the Rooters!

Wouldn't get a game for Central Charlestown on yesterday's effort.

Meanwhile Ah Mau led all forwards for metres.

Only behind Klemmer, Taumalolo, Vaughn, Arrow and Taupau for the year, which is pretty fair list.

Jumping off the bandwagon, he needs a good windup other wise he seems to have zero speed off the mark, I mean walking pace when he gets the ball flat footed.

I think Napa is just not interested in being at the Rooters there's something going on there that has him upset or angry and he wants out the guy can be a beast in attack and defence . He shows it now and then but his mind is not on his game and i think its because he does;nt want to be where he is ...
