Can't see a victory here. This will be the week that the Cowboys pick up the scraps and give us a good kick up the a*s with a big victory.

I guess we can measure this teams attitude and character this weekend against the Cowboys. How well we bounce back after having our pants pulled down in front of the nation will determine what sort of team this really is.

With that said, I think we'll get the points this weekend if Simmo is back in the side and we start a defensive unit with Taufua on the bench for Hilder and Taia in for Pato. Pato has begun a decline in form and maybe needs to come on from the bench. Have him play an impact type role for short bursts instead of having him out there the whole 80.

The Cowboys will be hurting after yesterdays loss but like many of the teams outside the 8, are inconsistent. Our boys will be doing alot of soul searching this week but I know they'll be back to the best on the weekend. Our chances of making the 8 are slim but with a good performance this weekend against the Cows we can close that for and against gap and give ourselves every chance of making it.

We are surely due for a blinder and I think it'll be this week. Let's go and destroy these broke back Cowboys!

    UP the Knights!

Half of me says the boys will come out and play their hearts out to bounce back from last week, show theyre still competitors for the finals (barely) & prove a point.

But the other half says Cowboys at home are due for a win & we have played poor as hell these last few weeks, lucky to get the wins against depleted teams but proved last week we're very hot and cold. Tough, pray the boys can pick up a win here. A Saturday game though i've missed Saturday night games.

I can only see this game going 2 ways.

    1. We come out of the blocks and prove something to the fans and win it convincingly.

    or

    2. We are so crap we get thrashed again. The Cowboys are overdue for a win.

I can't see it being close at all.

Who cares anymore. Not the players, and I'm starting to feel the same way.

No point dwelling on the Canberra game anymore, it's in the past just like the drubbing we got at the hands of Brisbane. Saying the players don't care is a bit harsh because before the weekend we had won three in a row. People put it down to luck, or other teams playing bad but the point is they're victories. How many other fans complain when their teams win?

There are no excuses for the dribble they put on on Sunday and that's why when Saturday comes, we'll be looking to embarrass someone, and us as fans will still be screaming down the house for the red and blue. It'll be a bit harder now without Simmo and if the Maddog pulls up but I'm still believing if we win this, we'll be a good shot at the 8.

I don't like our chances to be honest, I can see Payne & Bowen having a field day with us out of dummy half

If we win this game we will have beaten all 3 Queensland teams in Queensland this season. Common you red & blues!

Another thing that gave me a bit of confidence is Cowboys are out of finals contention while we still have a shot, which i think gives us more of a boost to put the effort in.

Maybe we could move to the Queensland Cup next year, we'd probably win it!
